### Blog Post: Temasek Primary Students Craft AI-Generated E-Book on Sustainability

At Temasek Primary School, a group of Primary 3 to 5 students is harnessing AI to create an impactful e-book on sustainability. Using the AI image generator Stable Diffusion, these young creators are producing detailed images that envision both Singapore's dedication to sustainability and a dystopian future without action.

Inspired by the Singapore Green Plan 2030, the students titled their project "Is Singapore too small to make an impact?" Their work in the school’s Innovation Lab focuses on refining their AI prompt-writing skills to generate vivid, realistic images for their e-book.

This initiative began when Mr. Lim Wu Yi, a Science teacher, explored Stable Diffusion over the school holidays and produced an e-book. Excited by the possibilities, he introduced the technology to his students and colleagues, sparking a school-wide interest in AI's creative potential.

Under the guidance of their teachers, students learn the art of crafting effective prompts and understanding the nuances of AI-generated content. This process enhances their problem-solving skills and encourages critical thinking.

As the project nears completion, these young students demonstrate that age is no barrier to leveraging advanced technology creatively. Their work not only showcases their understanding of environmental issues but also highlights how AI can bring imaginative ideas to life, enhancing creativity and offering new ways of expression.

The e-book, a testament to their learning and creativity, will soon be available for free on Google Play Books, inviting readers to explore the convergence of AI technology and environmental advocacy through the eyes of Temasek’s young learners.
